Job Description:

  • Call and schedule appointments for patients on the recall list
  • Obtain and enters accurate patient demographic and insurance information
  • Keep supervisor informed of patient demand and access concerns
  • Route calls to appropriate department or staff as needed
  • Attend regular developmental training and communicate regular updates to the team
  • Audit work assigned to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
  • Assist with onboarding of new team members

Job Requirement:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Possesses excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff members at all levels
  • Basic working knowledge of computers
  • Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
  • College degree preferred
